What we collect

Enquiry form: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
Guide download: your first name, work email, company if you give it, and whether you asked to receive The Renewal Note.
Documents you send us for a Renewal Teardown or Lost-Bid Debrief, which are treated as confidential.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry or send what you asked for — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
To follow up once about a guide you downloaded — our legitimate interest in business-to-business contact. You can tell us to stop at any time.
To send The Renewal Note — only if you opted in. Every issue tells you how to unsubscribe.

Who handles it

Guide sign-ups and enquiries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in London. Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit; our email is hosted by Microsoft 365; this website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and download details are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for as long as required for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@pactis.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent requested where required.
